We are looking for a company administrator/trainee bookkeeper to join our team.

It is a part-time role (16-24 hours a week) but there may be opportunity to convert this to a full time role in future.

Applicants need to be able to work using their own initiative, be very well organised and happy to work to the occasional deadline.

The role will include preparation of company returns to Companies Registry, Anti-Money Laundering information requests, basic bookkeeping and general office administration.

Relevant experience is useful. Applicants need to be good with Excel and Word and incredibly organised. The successful candidate will need to be a good team player which is seen as essential to the role. AML training will be provided as required by law. Bookkeeping training will be provided in house and assistance with recognised bookkeeping qualification will be considered.
